Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Linkar SSH client application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by PT Solusi Digital Klik ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Access systems or networks without proper authorization (beyond the SSH connections you are lawfully entitled to make)
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except as permitted by law
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our authorization

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by PT Solusi Digital Klik and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT SOLUSI DIGITAL KLIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Solusi Digital Klik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
