Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
PT Solusi Digital Klik ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SSH client application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details — we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
SSH Connection Data
Linkar stores your SSH connection configurations (hostnames, ports, usernames) locally on your device and, if you opt into cloud sync, on our encrypted servers. We never log, store, or transmit the contents of your SSH sessions — all terminal I/O stays on your device.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data including feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics to improve the Service. This data does not include SSH session content, hostnames, or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for account management.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send service-related notifications and updates
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
Your SSH configurations synced to the cloud are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys used for cloud sync are derived from your account password and never stored in plaintext on our servers — we cannot decrypt your synced data without your credentials.
We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery), subject to confidentiality agreements
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly direct us to share information
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your account information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your synced data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Local data on your devices is under your control at all times.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Us
